What we staff
We are not a generalist agency with an industrial page. These are the floors, docks and lines we are built for, and the roles we screen for by name.
Order pickers, RF scanner operators, shippers and receivers, general warehouse associates, and forklift operators with a valid licence for the truck you actually run: counterbalance, reach or walkie.
Warehousing staffingMachine operators, assemblers, press and injection moulding helpers, packagers, line leads and quality inspectors. Continental shifts, rotating shifts and straight afternoons.
Manufacturing staffingProduction associates, packagers, palletizers and sanitation crews for audited facilities. People briefed on hairnets, steel toes, cold rooms and why the GMP rules on your wall are not optional.
Food production staffingDock workers, loaders and unloaders, freight handlers, sorters and cross-dock crews for operations where the trailer is already backed in and the clock has started.
Logistics staffingProduction helpers, sorters, sanitation, machine feeders and site cleanup. The roles that absorb a volume spike, a seasonal peak or three people off sick in the same week.
General labour staffingShift patterns, screening steps, what we check before a placement, how billing works and where each of these roles fits. The services page has the long version.
See all servicesWhy a brand-new agency
Every other agency in this market will show you a number. We have not placed anyone yet, so we will not pretend otherwise. What we can offer is the thing agencies lose as they scale.
Nobody reaches a client site before the screening step is finished. That order does not change because a shift is urgent.
How it works
This is exactly how it runs from the day our licence is issued, and not a day before.
Site, hours, start date, the lift, the temperature, the PPE, and what the job actually looks like at 6 a.m. Fifteen minutes on the phone or the request form.
Work eligibility verified. Experience and references checked. Licences and certificates confirmed against the role, not assumed from a resume. You see who is coming before they arrive.
We confirm start time, which gate, who to ask for and what to bring. Someone from BhavaniAI is reachable through that first shift, not the following business day.
We follow up after shift one and after week one. Wrong fit, we say so and replace. Right fit, we will talk about moving them onto your payroll.
Your name, how to reach you, the work you can do, your licences and certificates, and how far you can travel. No fee, no Canadian-experience requirement, and no SIN asked for through this website.
Hours you can work, transportation, physical requirements and any accommodation you need. Accommodation is available on request throughout our recruitment, assessment and selection process.
Before you say yes you get the employer name, the address, the shift, the pay rate and the PPE required. Then you decide. Turning down an assignment does not put you at the back of a queue.
Pay questions, hours disputes, safety concerns: you call us, because we are your employer. Working through an agency does not shrink your rights under the Employment Standards Act.
Commitments, not statistics
Most staffing sites open with performance figures. We have not placed a single person yet, so we do not have any, and we are not going to borrow someone else's. These are the standards we are choosing to be measured against instead.
Straight answers
From plant managers, warehouse supervisors and people looking for a shift.
No, not yet. Ontario requires every temporary help agency and every recruiter to hold a licence issued by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development. Our application is with the ministry. Until it is granted we are not placing workers and we are not accepting assignments.
You do not have to take our word for any of this. The ministry publishes a public register (opens in a new tab) of licensed agencies and recruiters, and you can search it for us or for anyone else who approaches you. What you can do today is talk to us, tell us what your site needs, and have that groundwork done before the licence is issued.
No. Not to register, not to be placed, not for training, not for the safety gear we require, not for anything. Section 74.8 of the Employment Standards Act prohibits a temporary help agency from charging an assignment employee a fee for becoming an employee or for being assigned work. It is also simply how we intend to run.
If any agency or any person asks you to pay money to get a job, stop and check them on the ministry register before you hand over a dollar.
We are not going to quote you a fill time, because we have never had to meet one and a number we cannot prove is worth nothing to you. Here is the process instead.
You tell us the site, the shift, the lift, the environment and the PPE. We screen against that specification, verify work eligibility, check references and confirm any licence or certificate the role requires. You get a shortlist with real names on it and you approve who comes. If we cannot staff it properly, you hear that on the same call rather than watching the wrong person walk through your gate.
You are quoted an hourly bill rate for each role before anyone starts. That rate covers the worker's wage plus the statutory costs we carry as the employer: CPP, EI, Employer Health Tax where it applies, WSIB premiums, vacation pay and public holiday pay, plus our margin.
Nothing is billed for a request, a shortlist or an interview. Billing starts when someone works a shift. If you want to move an assignment employee onto your own payroll, Ontario permits a placement fee only inside the first six months of that person's first assignment with you. After six months there is no fee, and we will not invent one.
We are. For assignment work BhavaniAI hires the worker, pays them, remits source deductions and carries the WSIB coverage. You direct the work at your site.
Health and safety is shared, and the split matters. Under the Occupational Health and Safety Act the workplace you control is yours, so site specific hazards, machine training and day to day supervision sit with you. General safety orientation, PPE and following up on anything a worker reports sit with us. We put that division in writing before the first shift, so nobody is reading it for the first time after an incident.
You call us, not the client, and we sort it out. We are your employer, so your hours, your pay and your records are our responsibility. If you regularly work more than three hours a day and you are told to come in but sent home early, Ontario's three hour rule means you are owed at least three hours at your regular rate.
Working through an agency does not shrink your rights: minimum wage, overtime, public holiday pay, vacation pay and termination rules all still apply. We also never ask for Canadian experience, and we will never ask for your SIN through this website.
Accommodation is available on request for applicants with disabilities throughout our recruitment, assessment and selection process. Contact us and we will work with you.
Tell us about your site and your shifts, or tell us what work you are looking for. Either way, the groundwork gets done now so nothing waits on paperwork later. No fee for workers, no obligation for employers.
